An Economisers is primarily built to Remove generally removed heat from the Flue Gas Supply or a Hot Air Supply and to use the restored heat for pre-heating the boiler feed water, heating water for clean down purposes or process heating. Thermal Fluid can be distributed through an Economisers, again using extracted heat for Process or e Heating.
Plate Heat exchangers are a basic, affordable way of recouping waste heat in the flue gases of Gas Fired Boilers.
All Economisers are subject to Additional Design Confirmation and 3rd party examination.
