I work with you to help bring into awareness the parts of yourself that are out of your awareness and sabotaging your ability to achieve the change you want in your life. As these parts of yourself are brought into awareness, change will happen naturally and you will experience more vitality and creativity in your life, and a greater feeling of wholeness.
I help you work through difficult emotions using the body-oriented and relational approaches of Gestalt therapy. Being with these emotions in the safety of the therapeutic space, will create transformation that increases your ability to live fully in the present moment. My therapeutic approach is to help you explore and make meaning of your experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental environment that promotes greater self-acceptance. I work with individuals - adults and adolescents - couples and groups. My approach to couples therapy is informed by Gestalt therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, and the work of Harville Hendrix and John Gottman.
