After more than 20 years of working in the Property Management Industry, CEO and Founder Tiffany Bowtell knew there had to be a better way to make growing a rent roll fun and profitable while still managing all the admin deadlines, compliance, legislation and delivery of great service to Owner’s and Tenants. She knew the industry needed new insights and a fresh approach that wasn’t just tech related.
After working as a Property Manager for more than 15 years, Tiffany went on to become the Head Trainer at Console and the first Training Partner of cloud-based software PropertyMe. In addition to her training and consulting company Property Management Institute of Training, she consulted to more than 6,000 agencies and trained more than 20,000 Property Managers in best practice, software and compliance throughout Australia and New Zealand.
In 2016 her clients began demanding higher levels of quality support that were efficient and cost effective. Hence the creation of Property Management Virtual Assistant. She set up operations in the Philippines with headquarters in Brisbane, Australia and began the long journey into teaching and systemising more than 1,600 admin processes to fully outsource, run and manage the administration of a Real Estate Agency.
With more than 60,000+ residential properties under admin management, PMVA continues to grow and expand their services. They have seen more than 700% growth in 2017/18 and became finalists in the 2018 Telstra Business Awards making it into the Top 5 businesses in Queensland operating less than 3 years.
With further plans for expansion into the future PMVA is focused on reducing their clients fixed operating costs by $100,000 per year while at the same time increasing their capacity to add a further 250 properties to the rent roll without recruiting or training any additional local staff.
