As a child, David Kentish listened to his father's stories about Australian bush animals, inspiring him to write his own books. He continued writing in this vein and became a best-selling author of classic Australian children's books, reaching a wider audience through his books, so that he would be able to reach an even wider audience.
The titles he's written include "King's Gold", "Horseshoes and Fences", "Babington's Treasure Map", and more! With a wide range of books under his belt, David has written stories for him, for her, and, most importantly, for younger readers. He's also written a history book, "The Kentish's of Keysbrook", about his family's move from South to West Australia and a biography about his mother in "KVK."
