Fly fishing is available at Barbarian Village. You can also bank your catch at Bank of Edgeville, just north of the river. The trout will be caught until 30. However, you can stop at 25, get your bait out (if you have any.) Try fishing for bait in the river to capture pike.
For levels 30-45, you will be doing the exact same thing, but you'll be catching trout and salmon. Just do this until 45. (The reason you want to keep doing this until you are 45 is because if you start fishing for lobsters at 40, you won't get them as fast and you'll waste your time.)
Levels 45-60 require funds (enough to travel back and forth between Musa Point. The goal is to catch lobsters. (Finaly) It is possible to reach Musa Point by walking to Port Sarim with 60GP. When you arrive at Port Sarim, you will pay the Captain or Seaman 30GP on the dock. The only time you can fish is for lobsters once you reach the fishing spots.
My two thoughts. Weapons such as god swords, claws and specials with insanely high power should not have ever been created. JaGeX is not required to release one dragon weapon for every weapon in the game. Godswords and other weapons that allow you to smash well over your strength levels for a number of years, such as godswords and godswords shouldn't be permitted to be used in the game.
Since you could cause huge quantities of damage, you'd have to take the risk of losing your items. But, this wasn't always the case because 80% of people risking their godswords were allowed to protect them.
